Executive Order B-40-17
Summary: This EO lifted the drought emergency in all California counties except Fresno, Kings, Tulare, and Tuolumne. The evolving climate conditions require California to adopt and adhere to water conservation as a way of life. As for exempt counties, any additional funding is re-purposed into near-term conservation projects and water enhancement projects will be expedited.
